Creative direction for 30 issues of Naperville Magazine. Included working with the publisher, writers, photographers and printers.
This project was completed while working at EDG, I was responsible for concept, creative direction and execution.
Project Included: Redesigning the magazine grid, housekeeping sections, feature layouts and general art direction. Website and weekly blast were also created. Open rate for the eBlasts were typically over 60%. Identity system, media kit and Best of Program were also designed and created.
I enjoyed reshaping the premier magazine for the Naperville audience. I art directed photoshoots for the features, restaurant and the featured house. Each issue had a feature story and two sub features which I worked on with a senior designer. I also worked with our junior designer to create half of the ads for each issue.
